Our Founder’s Story

A Journey of Faith and Purpose

In the Bible, Matthew 18:12-13 tells the story of a shepherd who leaves 99 sheep to find the one that is lost, symbolizing the importance of reaching out to those in need.

Meet The Founder

Lakshimi Dinero, founder of DopeCo Foundation, embraced this message through her own journey of overcoming adversity and creating a nonprofit that serves others with love, compassion, and purpose.

With a background in social work, Lakshimi founded DopeCo Foundation to offer support to homeless, at-risk youth, and families struggling with financial hardship, addiction, and trauma.

Her faith and belief in transformation drive the foundation’s mission to “Do Our Purpose Every Day.”

We are all one body under God. Crisis, pain, loss, struggle, and healing do not discriminate. Whether someone is Black, White, Hispanic, Asian, Muslim, Jewish, Christian, rich, poor, or from any background, we are still human beings created by God. The Bible teaches love, unity, compassion, forgiveness, and coming together, not division and hatred.
At no point did Jesus teach people to hate one another because of race, status, or background. He taught us to love our neighbors, care for the hurting, help the poor, and stand together in faith and humanity.
The enemy wants division. God calls for unity. One body. One people. One purpose: to love, heal, grow, and support each other while we are here on this earth.
“Above all, love each other deeply.”

Her writing speaks to the heart of everyday life—covering themes of healing, faith, perseverance, family, restoration, and purpose.

For Tanjanique, writing became more than creativity—it became therapy, ministry, and a calling.

To remind people that healing is possible, purpose still exists, and no one is too far gone to be restored.
